My name is Luciano Raso. I help organizations function more smoothly and effectively with practical, proven tools from sociocracy.
My background: Researcher in decision-making under uncertainty, I studied how complex systems adapt to change. Several years as a data scientist in tech companies, where I learned that the best data means little without good collective decisions. But above all, I've participated in and grown several organizations with very different governance systems.
Father of two daughters, I've lived in Italy, France, the Netherlands, and Denmark – diversity that taught me every culture has its way of deciding together. My facilitation approach is also nourished by meditation, intentional communities, talking circles, and triathlon: presence, collective listening, and determination.
My conviction: Every organization has the potential to function better. The challenge is to improve and adapt the governance system to its specific reality. No universal model, but a customized trajectory.
