Who am I?

My name is Luciano Raso

My mission: I recognize the need and difficulties of being and building together, and I'm committed to accompanying individuals and organizations to build a more democratic and community-oriented world through sociocracy.

My experience: Trained in sociocracy by Sociocracy for All, I accompany several organizations towards sociocratic governance, in France and Italy.

My approach: My research background with expertise in complex systems analysis allows me to accompany organizations with a structured and direct approach, illuminating the nuances and consequences of each organizational choice.
